Product overview
ZEH supplies framed full-range speaker drivers for built-in audio products. A circular cone, mounting flange and fixing holes form the core of this driver format. We help you coordinate the speaker structure, electrical requirements and enclosure design so the selected configuration fits your product.
Key features
- Circular cone and central-dome construction.
- Mounting frame with fixing holes for housing integration.
- Light and dark cone appearances within the product selection.
- Bare-driver format for use with a separately designed enclosure.
Built around your product
A speaker’s mounting frame must work with the surrounding housing. We review the flange outline, fixing points, sound-opening alignment and rear clearance from your drawing. This allows the speaker position to be considered alongside the rest of the product assembly.
We also discuss the terminal location and connection route. When appearance is important, we help you identify the required cone and frame finish before agreeing the configuration for sample development.
Customization for your project
Send us the available installation space, mounting pattern, depth limit and amplifier requirements. Lead or terminal arrangements, diaphragm preferences and acoustic targets can be included in the project discussion. We assess the requested changes against the complete speaker and enclosure requirements.
Applications
For electronic products using a framed speaker inside a separate housing, including built-in audio assemblies and equipment terminals. The driver and cavity are selected around the available space and required sound output.
