Can we source only the speaker driver?
Yes. Your inquiry can cover the driver alone or include a matched enclosure, grille, connection components and assembly support. Tell us which parts you need ZEH to supply.
What should we provide for an automotive speaker quotation?
Include the application, dimensions, materials, impedance, rated power, frequency targets and estimated quantity. Drawings, reference samples and amplifier specifications help define the scope more clearly.
How are vehicle environmental requirements handled?
Specify the installation location and expected temperature, moisture and vibration conditions. Materials, protective features and the validation plan are reviewed against those requirements; test criteria are agreed for the project.
How are samples, MOQ and lead time confirmed?
These depend on the driver configuration, tooling, components, validation scope and order quantity. ZEH confirms the sample arrangement, minimum order and production schedule after reviewing your requirements.
